ea banned me for no reason

im so confused i submitted a appeal 7 days ago now relating to my ea account being banned its been with studios for about 4 days now with no update..... today i decided that i wanted to appeal again under the same case so i did so when i did it 5-10 mins past with a email from ea saying declined appeal how the hell does that work i only appealed it so this must be a AI bot determination, can someone explain this also on my pending ones the original case is still there awaiting studios and my violation and penalty page the ban placed on my account is no longer there does anyone know anything about this or have any information regarding this

    Hey there. We're not able to help with bans over the EA Forums. It sounds like you already submitted an appeal so you'll need to wait for ToS to email you. They'll do that when the investigation completes.

    Did you submit multiple appeals? You should only be submitting one at a time. If you have multiples, the others could be closed as duplicates. The best i can tell you is to wait. ToS will email you when they finish investigating your account.

    It's not an automated response. You'll need to wait for ToS to complete their investigation.
