EA Sports FC 26 Clubs Match Results Not Counting

Dear PlayStation Support,

I would like to report an issue occurring in EA Sports FC 26 on PS5.

My PSN ID is: GBPYA

Today I played approximately 18–20 Clubs League matches. In nearly all of these matches, the opposing team quit the game while losing. However, despite the opponents leaving, I did not receive the wins, league points, or progression after the matches ended.

The matches either disappeared completely or were not properly recorded in the standings and promotion progress.

This issue has significantly affected my club’s progression toward promotion and Elite Division qualification.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and verify whether the missing wins and points can be restored to my account.
