End of season relegation

Hello there ,

This is more a question than an actual bug but I just got relegated from div3 to div4 at season start while my friends 1x div 4 and 2xdiv 6 kept their rankings , the question being " is the relegation only for higher divisions 3 ... elite or it was supposed to not relegate anyone?"
