Thanks for reporting the disconnection issues in Ultimate Gauntlet. I’ve also merged a few individual posts into this main thread so we can keep all Gauntlet disconnection reports in one place.
If you’re experiencing disconnects regardless of which Gauntlet week is active, please reply with the details below. An accurate timestamp of the disconnect is especially important.
Please include:
- Platform
- Gamertag/Username/PSNid
- Timestamp: Date, Time (HH:MM) + time zone
- Region
- Connection type: Wi-Fi or cable
- ISP
- When does it start happening? (e.g., during matchmaking, mid-match, post-match, between rounds)
- Squad changes between rounds:
- Are you switching squads via the squad selector after each round (actively choosing a different squad), or
- Are you staying on the same squad and swapping players manually / using Squad Builder?
- Anything unusual right before it started? (any detail that could help reproduce the issue)

When does it start happening?: When the match ends, it would just say "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment", which is stupid because I was able to complete the entire game while connected.
Squad changes between rounds: Tried it a few times with the same team and received the error everytime, so then tried it again with a new squad, but got the same error. Even tried restarting the game, my Xbox, and my internet, but the error kept happening
Anything unusual right before it started?: No, everything was perfectly fine before. Even tried playing other gamemodes in Ultimate Team and they worked fine, it was just the Gauntlet that was broken.
Missed out on several rewards due to not being able to complete any of the objectives that came with it.
