When does it start happening?: This has been happening for the past 2 days. The disconnects consistently occur at the end of every match (Post-match), kicking me out of Ultimate Team entirely.
Squad changes between rounds: I am staying on the same squad and swapping players manually / using Squad Builder.
Anything unusual right before it started?: For the last 2 days, matches wouldn't finalize properly at the end. During the timestamp mentioned above, I tried to play another match but ended up using Alt+F4 to close the game mid-match. Since then, I have been completely unable to re-enter Ultimate Team.
