European competitions in the Belgian League

Hey EA,

Since the beginning of the game, there has been a bug where teams like RAAL, Zulte Waregem, and Dender always play in European competitions in the Belgian league, even though they finish at the bottom in almost every save. This also means that if you become champion or finish third, you aren't in any European competition, and neither are the other teams. Because of this, the career mode is less realistic and ruins it a bit. The bug has been around for a very long time, but has never been looked into. Hopefully, this will be fixed before the end of the game.
