thanks for flagging. That seems quite unusual. Could you try logging into the Web or Companion App, creating a new squad and deleting all the old squads?
That seems to solve it for a lot of people. Please give that a shot!
If you're still having other disconnect issues, it would be helpful to gather more information when exactly you're getting disconnected. Some are mentioning it's happening at the end of a Gauntlet match, while for you two it seems to be right at the beginning after the starting whistle.
Please also provide the following additional details:
- Platform:
- Gamertag/PSN ID/EA ID:
- Game mode where the disconnection issues happen:
- Your ISP (Internet Service Provider):
- Most recent timestamp of a disconnect (Date, Time, Timezone):
I have the same issue and i bet its not "unusual".#
EA_Vendcera how about fixing your completely broken game? why do we, your customers, always have to do the work for you? deleting all squads? sure i have so much time and nothing else to do in my live than to "fix" problems caused by EA...
