thanks for flagging. That seems quite unusual. Could you try logging into the Web or Companion App, creating a new squad and deleting all the old squads?
That seems to solve it for a lot of people. Please give that a shot!
If you're still having other disconnect issues, it would be helpful to gather more information when exactly you're getting disconnected. Some are mentioning it's happening at the end of a Gauntlet match, while for you two it seems to be right at the beginning after the starting whistle.
Please also provide the following additional details:
- Platform:
- Gamertag/PSN ID/EA ID:
- Game mode where the disconnection issues happen:
- Your ISP (Internet Service Provider):
- Most recent timestamp of a disconnect (Date, Time, Timezone):
"quite unusual" No. go read reddit or youtube comments. only a small % bother to visit this forum to try to complain direct. I have this same issue, disconnect after 1st kick of whistle in the EVO cup. No one here mentioned Gauntlet. Clearly it is EA issue. You should, at very least change the gaslighting message that accuses players of disconnecting when almost all disconnects are not the users fault.
