Evo cup Bug - Disconnect always on first match

This is so pathetic … this issue has existed for weeks, I reported it to the support chat for the season 2 tournament and for the season 3 one again … they only referred me here. How has this not been fixed ages ago instead of suggesting deleting squads etc. it‘s clearly a bug on EAs side? And how are players going to be compensated for the lost attempts and coins (since it counts as a DNF and therefore affects the multiplier). Absolut joke
