Evolution missing despite being shown active

I had a futbirthday card Oosterwolde evoed with covering ground , i tried to claim level 3 of the vo and it completely diappeared . I tried completing other existing evos , pausing and reactivating other evos but nothing works. Also i removed /undo this very evo for another player , put that player in another evo with my oosterwolde but oosterwolde has now disappeared from evo tab but it is shown active in my club team
