Evolutions not working

I have problems with evolutions. 

1. Di Maria didn't get the quickstep from party exit.
2. Matsukubo can't get further, I have played in squad battle and in multiple rush games, but nothing happens and I'm stuck on this level. Related to issue Make your idol not working | EA Forums - 13253153
