Failed to load into my profile
anytime i try to launch the game and click on my profile to load in, it says that it fails

Hey there. Try making a copy and deleting the existing profile settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)
You may also need to delete the Personal Settings 1 profile when you launch the game. Launch the game and test it again.
