I can confirm the exact same issue migrating between generations on Xbox.
The issue occurs migrating between generations after you unlocked more than 3 archetypes. The achievement/trophy requirements just need to be updated to be checking for 3 or more archetypes. I unlocked 4 archetypes on series X before launching Xbox One and now I cannot get Collect Them All to unlock.
Please fix this, it was first raised in September 2025 in a bug report with over a 1,000 views and many upvotes. While it's an isolated issue it affects many of the most loyal/dedicated gamers.
