Fc 26. Contract already accepted bug.

Hello guys. I have been getting the same players status for every member of my squad and for every players I am scouting. It keeps saying “ contract already accepted “ for everyone but none of them have accepted a new contract. The problem is I can’t give new contracts to my players cause it keeps saying that I have already given a new contract. Also I can’t see any of the players I scout if they are on a contract expiry cause it keeps showing the same status to them as well. “ contract already accepted “ . This is a serious bug. It’s a shame for EA that this is happening. You can’t play career mode with this bug. I am going to loose all my players. How do you let this happen? Shame on you really. I paid the game and I can’t even play it because of a bug. Any other facing the same problem. Please fix it asap.
