Fc 26 manager career mode

I bought this game specifically to play manager career mode, the game had become unplayable.

1. I use an A and B team to ensure rest for players.

2.Even when I put them in more, several key players randomly request a transfer without previous notices.

3. Apparantly it is a known bug which makes it impossible to create a solid team, because, they just ask for a transfer.

This makes it very difficult to play the game single you just dont know when they Will leave.

4.I also am unable to find players that I have used in a previous save on fc26.

Is there a workaround or a possible update that can fix these problems soon?
