After winning the second game and trying get through the end of game menu/pages I got a server error message. I was kicked out to the main menu and after loading back into UT I noticed I was given a loss for the draft game and thus received greatly diminished rewards. I tried to use the self-help tool, but it says I'm not eligible for a token refund. This is terrible customer service.

I had the same issue. 4 offline drafts, 3 disconnects, only 1 token awarded by EA. So, 2 disconnects are completely unaccounted for. That is 600 FC points. I need this fixed immediately.
Was it fixed? I talked to EA support twice and they say they cant do anything about it, even though i proved everything with screenshots. They just said this: "After reviewing the match history, I apologize but the draft can't be reset for this particular match." And they did not explain to me why this particular match, no explanation, no refund on the token and no reembursment. Shame on you EA. To have an erorr like this is one thing, but to say no, look the other way and not solve the issue, not give a toke back as a "Sorry" and leaving it like that. The error and mistake is on you, and the fans that spent their money on your game are the ones that have to pay? Sickening!!!
