FC 26 PS5 – Severe Input Delay and Lag in All Online Matches

Hello EA team,

I am experiencing a severe input delay and lag problem in EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS5.

The problem started suddenly a couple of days ago. My internet connection appears to be normal, and I do not experience this problem in other games. Squad Battles also works normally, but the problem happens in online matches.

The issue affects all online modes, including Division Rivals and other online matches. There is a noticeable delay between pressing a button on the controller and the player responding in the game. Players feel slow and unresponsive, passes and skill moves respond late, and sometimes the game feels like it is freezing or skipping for a moment.

My connection can show a normal ping, but the gameplay still has severe input delay and unstable connection behavior. This makes the game extremely difficult to play.

Today, I was playing a Division Rivals match and the game disconnected/kicked me out of the match. The match was counted as a loss for me, even though the problem appears to be related to the current online connection/gameplay issue.

I have already checked my internet connection and tried different troubleshooting steps, but the problem remains. Other games and Squad Battles work normally.

I have also seen other FC 26 players reporting very similar problems recently, including players experiencing lag spikes and unstable connections despite having a normal ping. This makes me believe that this may be a wider FC 26 online connectivity or server issue rather than a problem with my personal internet connection.

Please investigate the online servers and matchmaking/connection system, especially for PS5 players.

This issue is affecting every online match I play and is making FC 26 almost impossible to play normally.
