FC 26 Slow Motion on Laptop Display (144Hz/60Hz) but Normal on External TV

Description:
Match gameplay consistently runs in slow motion, while menus and UI remain perfectly smooth.
Graphics settings (Low to Ultra) have no impact on gameplay speed.

Critical display behavior (fully tested):
- Laptop internal display is a 144Hz panel.
- Internal display has been manually tested at BOTH 144Hz and forced to 60Hz.
- Slow motion gameplay occurs at 144Hz AND still occurs when the internal display is locked to 60Hz.
- When the same laptop is connected to an external TV via HDMI at fixed 60Hz, gameplay runs at correct speed with no slow motion.

Full System Specifications:
- OS: Windows 11
- CPU: Intel Core i9 (laptop-class)
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU
- RAM: 32 GB
- Storage: NVMe SSD
- Laptop internal display: 144Hz panel (manually tested at 144Hz and 60Hz)
- External display: TV at fixed 60Hz via HDMI (gameplay runs normal)

What has already been tested (to avoid basic troubleshooting replies):
- Manual refresh rate switching on internal display (144Hz ↔ 60Hz)
- Graphics quality from Low to Ultra
- Performance / high-power mode enabled
- VSync and performance-related settings tested
- Issue is 100% reproducible on the internal laptop display only

Conclusion / Suspected Cause:
This is very likely an FC 26 engine-level frame timing or display synchronization bug affecting laptop internal panels.
Gameplay speed appears to be incorrectly calculated on internal displays, independent of selected refresh rate or hardware capability.

This is clearly NOT a performance limitation, as a Core i9 + RTX 4060 system runs perfectly when output is routed to an external fixed 60Hz display.

This issue is fully reproducible and not resolvable via standard user-side configuration.
