[FC 26 UT] Hamano Live Card Upgrade Missing for Weeks – No Communication

Multiple users are affected and still no update or communication from EA.

This should be acknowledged as a Live Content issue and escalated.

Still no official update.

This issue has been ongoing since Nov 11 and affects multiple users.

Any acknowledgement from the team would be appreciated.

Hey all, our team has investigated and all upgrades have been completed.

As such, there is nothing more that we can do to assist and if you did not receive the upgrade then you were not eligible.

The card was officially announced as a Live upgrade starting Nov 11.

There was no eligibility criteria communicated to players.

If the upgrade was conditional, please specify the exact conditions.

If not, this needs clearer explanation as multiple users are affected.

Why isn't this fixed?

It’s not fixed because eligibility was never explained.

Saying “you were not eligible” without criteria is not a valid answer.

No official response for days. 
Can we get a clear statement on whether this is intended behavior or a bug?

She clearly passed all criteria given in Futbin tracker. Chelsea women finished top 4 and scored in every game.  That should give her +2 OVR and total 88.
