For some reason every time I make an attempt to connect to the Mobile device with my ea sports / fc 26 and PlayStation account it just says that another device is logged in not sure why even when my ps5 is off and not in or running Fc26 still won't connect properly

Sometimes if you turn the console off without properly leaving the UT menu it can cause problems like this. If possible, can you try turning your console on again, navigating to UT, going back to the main menu, and then opening the companion app to see if that solves it?
