FC HUB / SEASON PASS REDEEMING GLITCH

I bought the premium pass a few days ago and I have just reached enough xp for level 40 rewards, and I was able to claim the level 40 rewards perfectly fine, however, it didn't let me collect my level 39 rewards or even preview the packs that it let's you choose from. I tryed to restart my console and my game multiple times, as this issue has occured before and it always fixes itself after a restart of the game, but on this occasion it didn't, and I contacted EA help and they told me to bug report this, now I'm wondering if I will get my rewards, or will I be entitled to a refund or compensation if I don't recieve these. 

Hopefully someone can lead me in the right direction and help me resolve the issue
