Fc26 Cloth physics and hair strand not working

Hello, my FC26 has no cloth physics and hair strand even i set it to ultra. The grass,render quality, an crowd quality is good but the cloth physics like on low even i set it to ultra. the cloth are not moving on player motion.  The hair strand is not working even i set it on. I've tried any methods like adjust the fcsetup file and reinstall the game, repair the file in eaapps but thats not work. The new updates of fc26 not solved this problem. Help me please:(
