I unlocked the Silver Finesse Shot Evolution at level 26 on BP and successfully applied it to Marcus Rashford. However, in-game it doesn’t show that he has the evolution, as you can see in the image below.

Hi, so there are two things that you have to consider. The first thing is the requirement which allows you to put the player in the evo. So if your player has 4 Playstyles he is eligible. The second thing is a max cap of playstyles the player can receive through the evolution. The playstyle cap for this evolution is 4. This means that he can't receive the playstyle as a fifth playstyle. While this is not really a bug, the requirement/cap doesn't make sense in this evo. Why would you put a player with 4 playstyles in an evo that doesn't give you a fifth playstyle? Maybe they will change it. Until then, always pay attention to the max cap first before you activate the evolution. Hope this helps :)

I evolved my Yildiz Totw 82 with four playstyles with the finesse shot evolution given with Standard Season Pass level 28. The evolution required max 82 and max 4 playstyles so it should have worked or Yildiz should have not been elegible for the evolution. Now the card is no longer tradable and it neither has finesse shot.

To clarify: if you submitted a player with 4 playstyles already, they wouldn't receive a 5th. The EVO description notes there's a cap of up to 4 playstyles.
Unfortunately, we can't reset the EVO or the player for you.
