Football fanatic week 1 doesn't count on the completionist

i found the completionist of football fanatic of two weeks it doesnt count on my account after i finished the the whole week 1 objective and i claimed the pack of week 1 objective but I didn't check ...

Same for me. Just looked at fanatics week 2 to look at what I needed to do and the completionist week 1 hasn’t checked off. I claimed the pack and opened the 3x86 also. EA please can you look into this. I am on Xbox
