Dear EA Support,
I am writing to formally report a serious and recurring issue in FC 26 that is significantly impacting my gameplay experience and competitive performance.
The problem occurs randomly during matches. In some cases, it starts right at kickoff, but more often it begins at the start of the second half. Suddenly, the frame rate drops drastically to around 5–10 FPS, making the game nearly unplayable. Along with this, there is severe input delay — every action I attempt, whether passing, shooting, or moving players, is heavily delayed and unresponsive.
This issue has directly caused me to lose multiple matches unfairly, and as a result, I have also received penalties within the game. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering that this is a competitive environment where performance consistency is critical.
I expect a company of your scale and reputation to ensure stability and fairness in gameplay. Such a major technical issue should not be occurring, especially when it directly affects match outcomes and player progression.
I kindly request the following:
- An urgent investigation and permanent fix for this issue.
- Compensation for the losses and penalties I have suffered due to this problem — ideally in the form of a valuable in-game package or equivalent rewards.
Please take this matter seriously, as it greatly affects my experience with the game.
