FPS drops to 5-10 when entering ultimate team & doesn't recover.

Everytime I enter ultimate team the game FPS absolutely plummets to around 5-10 FPS and will not go back up no matter what I do. 

It's really starting to get annoying now, the only partial fix I have found is to enter a kick off game with it lagging, quit and it goes back up but in game I have high input latency. I can not believe that a game that you charge a fortune for has been released in this state. Disgrace.

I'm running an 11th Gen i5 & RTX 3050Ti 4GB & 16GB RAM. Should not have any issues running this game at all!
