Fut champs glitch

I scored, my opponent tried to pause, the pause never happened even though play had stopped, I tried to pause and now we're both unable to move our players while the clock runs down, just standing still. And now that the game has ended I can't do anything and don't get the win, please fix this and help me to make this fair, I won the game and I have to close the game and give up the win.
