fut: disconnected after winning a game

i just won a game coming up from 3 goals down just to be told “EA servers are unable to process your request at the current moment.” and the game was recorded as a loss. this isn’t a connection issue from my end and this is the third time this has happened. i have a gameplay recording of this situation. thank you for your time. happened on 24/10/25 from 5:00 pm to 5:18pm
