Fut gameplay issues

For a few days now, despite a perfect connection, gameplay on Fut has been extremely slow compared to my opponents. My players are slow and cumbersome, their passes are always inaccurate, their movements are very slow, and the goalkeeper and defenses are non-existent. My opponents, on the other hand, have fluid gameplay, their players moving at twice the speed, which puts me at a significant disadvantage in matches.
