Dear EA team, a lifelong FIFA fan, I took a break from the game 5 years ago, around the time you began ruining the ultimate team experience for money. Kinda get it, you're a business, why would you prioritise user experience at the cost of bottom line, right?
In the meantime, I played UFL for a bit (which, btw, I'm hindsight has better gameplay and is less buggy), but that game also went downhill for the same reasons as above ultimately.
So this year, I said I'd give FC 26 a chance, but fundamentally, I cannot even play the game, as it crashes at random points in every match I played (other than Rush). I keep submitting error report after error report to no avail.
I am playing on ps5.
Please provide either a resolution or the associated compensation that is due to a customer who purchased a faulty product.
