Future Stars guarantee pack didn't include a Future Star

We are already two days further and the bugged pack even came back in the store. I paid for the packs with real money EA. You didn't give anything as described for the money. That's a scam.

We've addressed an issue where the Future Stars Guarantee pack did not always contain a Future Stars Player Item. Impacted players will be contacted in-game with the corrected pack in the coming days.

Thanks for flagging this issue to us. I understand this must be annoying missing out on your Future Stars player, but this will be corrected soon!

Nope, I didn't receive make good. I find it pretty rude to change the status to fixed, when none of the members who mentioned this glitch have confirmed they received make good ingame. We are almost 24 hours further and I haven't received anything, so it isn't fixed as you stated. It's been 10 days. If this was a glitch the other way around (us, the members receiving a special item when we shouldn't (like Yamal glitch on Wilson sbc)) it get's fixed within a hour. Don't you guys have any sort of shame? I paid for it with real money 10 (!) days ago and haven't received anything. FIX IT.
