Game crash after Penalty Shootout

On PC, after you win the penalty shootout, on Champions or Squad battles, you get this error and you have to restart the game, and it counts as a DNF, which is unfair, please fix this issue, no point of penalties if i lose either way.

PC specs attached, please check whether it is unique to this graphics card or just pc in general.
