Game freezes and glitch

In career mode, after playing youth tournaments and interacting with the main menu the page freeze, but holding R1 works to open the Playlist, i then have to close the game and start it back where i have to play the youth tournaments again because its not save automatically. Now entering career mode, and after selecting the save, the screen glitches where the baracode also glitch but pressing X to advance works where it takes me into the main menu of career mode. Theres also some lag, as well.
