Game freezing during corners free kicks and kick offs on PC

around 3 to 10 seconds then the game resumes but it causes delays and desync I tested my connection and it is stable average ping 38ms 0 packet loss traceroute to EA servers shows no major spikes I already tried changing DNS resetting IP port forwarding lowering graphics using LAN and VPN but the problem is still there My PC specs RTX 3000 Quadro Mobile GPU Intel i9 9900H CPU 64GB DDR4 RAM so I think the problem is not in my PC The issue happens almost every online game while normal gameplay is smooth with no FPS drops only freezes during set pieces so what should I do

    note : this freezing in online only not in kick off or squad battels

    Every time I get a corner or free kick, it feels like a nightmare. The game lags for 10–15 seconds after the set piece, and I end up conceding free goals every time. Please fix this . it’s really annoying.

    this is happening only in online games , not in squad battles and kick off

    they legit do not give a single **bleep** about every problem if its not money related sadly
