Game Glitch in EA Sports FC 26

Hello,

I am experiencing a technical issue while playing EA Sports FC 26. During a match, the game suddenly froze for about 2-3 seconds while I was attacking the opponent’s goal. After the freeze, the game resumed at a faster speed, and I found that my opponent had scored a goal during the glitch. Shortly after, they scored another goal and won the match.

Due to this glitch, I believe I was unfairly disadvantaged. Could you please look into this issue and provide a solution? I would also like to request compensation for the match I lost due to this technical problem. Thank you for your assistance.
