Game stutter and Controller input lag

Been 10 days and i didnt get any response even after the update the game didnt work well i paid an ea play pro membership for nothing embarrassing 

Me too. I play the game with my RTX3080 laptop and I changed every display setting to medium. But I still encounter controller delay every time I tried to play the game at any frame rate that is more than 60fps. I dont think my hardware would be the reason for it. What disappointed me is that EA never respond☹️

The only thing that helps me is playing around with the graphics settings. For example, after the last update, I found that setting the graphics to automatic, starting the match in kick-off mode, restarting about three times, and repeating this process either prevents the match from freezing or prevents the menu from freezing, and then I switch to low graphics. It's different after every update, and today I'm also getting black screens. And no, the low graphics don't look low, they look ultra. I've never had such problems with this game in my life, at most the camera reset in the last FIFA, but this is terrible. It always takes me hours to figure out how to get the game to not freeze after an update.
