Giving me losses when I’ve already won the game

This game is completely different from the one I’ve paid £100 for, one thing that makes the whole game unplayable is the fact im winning games, even when the games fully completed your laggy servers just can’t load out of the game when its completed so I have to forced the shut down and I get a loss even though ive just won the last game 25-0 for promotion and I got the LOSS I will not accept this. I’m requesting you look into my in game data and add too my account all the wins you guys have taken from my account or there’s just no point playing anymore I’m not gonna spend hours playing a game that gives me losses even when I win. I suffer the fact that every year the company lies and changed updates and makes the game so much worse. But I will not accept my time being completely wasted because you haven’t spent enough finances on your servers. Check my account and fix this problem asap and I hope you will issue my account with some sort of compensation for hours of my time wasted and you need to give me all the wins your game has been unable to register even though I’ve spend huge amounts of time and money on this. I will not accept it
