got randomly permanently banned I did nothing while I was completely offline.

I got banned on 13th of November after closing the game (completely offline) I never used any type of cheat or even violated any term of (terms of service) that's a 100% false ban I opened a case 7...

Hi there. If your case was submitted 7 days ago and you haven't received a response, open a case with an advisor and ask them to check on it. Do not submit another dispute. That will go to ToS. Cases can be opened by hitting the 'Contact us' button at the bottom this page. Thanks!

they told me this morning that they took the right action what i should do now ??????
so my account and my money i paid 1 month ago is gone now right ?
