4 months agoHi there. If your case was submitted 7 days ago and you haven't received a response, open a case with an advisor and ask them to check on it. Do not submit another dispute. That will go to ToS. Cases can be opened by hitting the 'Contact us' button at the bottom this page. Thanks!

so my account and my money i paid 1 month ago is gone now right ?
