graphics settings can't be saved and FPS Drops [PC] [Graphics Issue]

What exactly did you guys do in #FC26 TU V1.1.0 for PC? In V.1.10 you promised this fix. However, the graphics settings still won't save at all, they always change automatically. For example, I want to set custom settings, but they automatically change to medium all or high/ultra all.

This causes the FPS to be normal at the start of the game, but when I open FC26 and so on, the FPS suddenly drops drastically, both in the in-game match and in the main menu. And I have to reset the graphic settings, and it repeats like that.

I've tried everything to prevent severe FPS drops, both during matches and in the menu, changing vsync settings, reinstalling the Invidia GPU driver, changing the graphics settings in the Nvidia Control Panel, changing the graphics settings in the game, but to no avail. I still experience severe FPS drops even when I set it to all low. Even though my specs are still capable, Core i5-12500H RTX 3050 4GB 135Watt 16GB RAM. Even on FC25 it is very optimal, FPS can reach above 100-120fps.
