How to solve tasks in evo cup?

I just finished the evo cup and won it. There is a challenge where you should get 10 wins, but i can't join the tournament anymore since I won it too early. What now?

Moreover I had several disconnects today where my ping was at max 20ms. How can this be.

Investigate please also the reason for the disconnects, as it really pisses one off.
