I can’t play GAUNTLET 3

Hi, when I finish the game win or lose in Gauntlet 3 I get a message that my request is being processed and kicks me out of Ultimate Team, in the other online modes I can play normal, it's only in Gauntlet 3, I've been like this for 3 days and you don't solve it

    I finally found someone with the same issue… i have restored my liscenses and downloaded the game again, this only occurs with gauntlets

    Yes, I've tried everything but I can't find a solution and there's little time left for the event to end
