i didnt get my fut champs packs

i completed my fut champs with 13 win and only got the red picks and the coins my packs are missing and im condring to leave this game becaus after all the effort i did and faced many hackers now im not getting the thing i played for? ..

    Same as you brother, on ps5 i closed and rejoined the game, even i deleted it and install again and theres 0 packs
