Inbox Error FC26 ‘Sorry. Something prevented us from fulfilling your request.’
Since fc26 go-live I have never been able to view my inbox to see any messages since fc26 installed on my ps5. The error is ‘Sorry. Something prevented us from fulfilling your request.’
I have restart the app and console, reinstalled fc26, cleared the ps5 cache, rebuilt the ps5 database through safe mode.
Within the fc26 I have disabled and then re-enabled messaging, yet the same error is displayed…. Will I ever be able to message my friends in fc26? I never had the issue until migrating over from fc25 to fc26… please help…
No other issues observed with game play. I am able to play online through all the game types, rivals, rush, etc and no issues connecting through the network, so why the issue with viewing my inbox in fc26 on ps5?
