Incorrect Disconnection and Unfair DNF Penalty in Champions Mode

Hello,

I would like to report a serious issue that occurred during a Champions mode match.

During gameplay, I completely lost control of my players. I was unable to move, pass, or switch players, while my opponent continued playing normally. At that moment, multiple white triangles appeared above my players, indicating a control or synchronization issue.

Shortly after, the match resulted in a disconnection, even though I did not quit or lose connection on my side.

I then received a “Disconnection Warning” and my “Did Not Finish (DNF)” modifier was applied, reducing my coin rewards. This penalty is incorrect and unfair, as the issue was clearly not caused by me.

This has already happened twice within the last two weeks, both times in Champions mode.

I am playing on Steam with a stable internet connection, and I did not experience any hardware or network interruptions.

Please investigate this issue using match and server logs, remove or compensate the DNF penalty, and confirm whether this is a known bug or exploit.
