Ingame rating bug proclubs

Everytime I have played a game of clubs in the past 2 months I have noticed that I havent really leveled up my character. Apparently, every game I have played my ingame rating drops to exactly 7.1 after every game, resulting in me getting less xp. I usually get around a 9 or 10 rating ingame, which should result in me getting a lot less xp over a lot of games. Anyone else having this issue and found a fix please let me know. I have been trying to find a solution myself abd online but havent found anything yet.
