Keybind swapping in-game

I'm currently facing an in-game issue wherein, when i play KICK OFF and/or UT, the key binds that i have setup for controls are randomly swapped in-game, for eg, "J" is set up for lob pass and "SPACEBAR" for shooting, however whenever i play, the key binds are swapped in-game so the button for shooting the ball makes it make a lob pass instead and vice-versa. Also to mention that I have saved the controller settings on Custom A.
