live career crashing

I have started a live career mode and when I get to Dec and try to advance to my next game it advances 2 days and the game crashes out back to the Xbox dashboard.

I have tried the following to resolved the issue:

  • Cleared console cache
  • Deleted local saved data
  • Over 300gb of free space on the internal HDD so it's not a space issue
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the game
  • Created a new saved game slot to see if that original one was corrupted but had the same issue of crashing when I used the new saved game slot.

After spending £60 on a game you don't really expect it to have a bug like that, it's frustrating especially after leaving it a few weeks after release before purchasing to give EA some time to iron out issues like this!.

    I’ve been encountering the same problem since i started my first live career mode in September 19 . I’ve tried everything — verifying the game files, reinstalling the game, and checking for updates — but nothing worked. There’s also no error code showing up, so it’s hard to tell what’s actually causing the crash. this glitch have been out there since the first day of release and I'm still waiting for the fix so i could enjoy my "Realistic career mode". Also its in every live career mode save file, whenever i get to Dec of the current season, it crashed immediately. (BTW THIS ISNT THE ACCOUNT I PLAY WITH, MY REAL ACCOUNT IS "Sn6rah").

    I actually recorded the whole process too — I started a new Live Career Mode and simulated up to December. As soon as the game crashed, the recording instantly stopped at that exact moment. Sometimes it crashed on the 1st Of Dec sometimes a couple of 1-5 days afterwards.

    Please fix this ASAP, EA needs to fix this bug.

    I've heard that EA_Shepard​ is really active with solving bugs or helping.
