This is unfortunately not taken seriously. If EA was really against coin selling, these bots would have been a thing of the past, but here we are.
I also lost multiple drafts over the weekend due to the same frozen player hack. Support told me to check my connection (((((:
On a positive note, it might be possible to get a draft token back via this tool: https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/missing-content-tool/
I assume it only works for the most recent DC (tried it only once and got a token back, even though I was disconnected multiple times) so if you get DC'ed, don't spam draft until you try to get something out of this (potentially wait an hour before testing the tool as it takes time for the report of the game to reach the servers).
