Low fps on pc

All online and offline matches are played with very low fps. The gameplay is literally in slow motion. I tried all possible game settings and also adjusted gpu settings but to no avail. I searched online to see if there are any solutions for this bug but nothing worked for me. Is there any fix coming from EAs side? Or should I just cancel my EA play pro subscription?
