Manager Objs Not working "challenge validation in progress. please check later"

Everytime I complete a challenge on the Manager Live Hub I get the following message: "challenge validation in progress. please check later"

Anyone any tips around it.  Have tried the Top at Christmas and Transfer Improvements 5x each and hasnt gave me the objective.  

Has been this was since launch and Ive tried restarting and logging out and in again. Keep getting the same message when I complete the challenge
